Musical Storytime and Men’s Book Discussion Group Ms Lee’s Musical Storytime will take place 10:30 a.m. at Norton Public Library. All ages are welcome. The topic will be black and white with penguins, snow and more. There will also be a Men’s Book Discussion Group meeting at 6:30 p.m. The selection is “Red Ink: Inside the High-Stakes Politics of the Federal Budget,” by David Wessel. 2. Project Early Lottery Application Available in January

Preschool program for children 3 and 4 years old.

Applications for the 2013-2014 Project Early Preschool Program will be available in the L. G. Nourse Elementary School office beginning Jan. 7.  The Project Early Program is the Norton Public School two year preschool program for typically developing children 3 and 4 years old.  All applications must be returned by Monday, Jan. 28. Screening dates will then be established for the parents and children to visit the school. After the screening dates, a lottery is conducted and all children will be notified by the beginning of April of the lottery results. The program runs three days a week, 8:30 to 11 a.m. and noon to 2:30 p.m. A monthly tuition fee will be charged and transportation is not provided.   For more information call 508-285-0110.
