How to setup and operate an effective shelter The Bristol Norfolk Medical Reserve Corps will be offering a seminar on setting up and operating an effective shelter 6 to 8 p.m. at Norton Public Library. Dennis Swift, R.N., B.S.N. is the presenter. This program is for Medical Reserve Corps volunteers; however, individuals from the general public are also welcome to attend.
