The results of this week’s Best Of series are in! It was a tight race until the very end with 118 votes and 12 reviews among our top three contestants, but Outlooks Hair Salon beat out the competition in the last 24 hours to pull off the win for the Best Hair Salon in Norton. Headlines had a small lead in the beginning, and held off long enough for the third place finish with 14 votes.
