Nine Lives of Norton Feline Rescue Shelter, 84 Hill St., is sponsoring an adopt-a-thon weekend May 5 and 6. Besides cats, there will different events happening both days. There will be a car wash, bake sale, food booths, etc. On Sunday there will be nail clipping and ear cleaning for the cats. There is also going to be a dog washer. Double Trouble is about 6 months old. He is Trouble’s brother (last week’s Kitty of the Week), and is very loving and playful. This fun kitty is good with other cats, very laid back, likes being a lap kitty and would be good in any home. Upon adoption, Double Trouble will be neutered and up to date on all of his shots. He has also combo-tested FIV/FELV negative and is ready to go home.
