Entrepreneurs, such as 25-year-old Nick Ferguson, have taken advantage of the popular combination of food, beer and trivia to make a living in a creative way. This works out for businesses who otherwise might have a slow night. Ferguson’s new business, Trivia Tyme, began New Year’s Day. He formerly worked for another trivia company that was purchased by a corporation in California. They made some changes he did not agree with and decided that the time was right to start his own venture. He now hosts trivia Tuesdays 7:30 p.m. at Trinity Bar & Restaurant and 8 p.m…
