Norton Girl Scouts Celebrate World Thinking Day
Multicultural celebration held at Trinitarian Congregational Church Saturday, Feb. 25.
If you walked into the basement of Trinitarian Congregational Church Saturday, Feb. 25, you essentially took a trip around the world with the Girl Scouts of Norton for World Thinking Day. You could walk to Japan and learn oragami and eat edamae with Daisy Troop 65493 and then spend some time in Italy with Junior Troop 80463 to play "Name the Pasta!" World Thinking Day is a multicultural celebration originally created in 1926, but this is the first time in recent history it has been celebrated in Norton.
