Norton is one of the worst college towns in America, according to The Princeton Review. The college preparation site compiled thousands of student opinions to create a list of the worst college towns. Norton, home to Wheaton College, was #8 on the list. Several liberal arts schools in out-of-the-way towns were included, along with the occasional city. Wheaton College, though historic, is one of those liberal arts colleges. The vast majority of students live on campus and stick around for Friday and Saturday, but the school’s restrictive drug and alcohol policies drive of-age students to party off campus.
