Norton Police Log June 5-7: Norton Resident Arrested for Assault and Battery

June 5 8:52 p.m. Denise Lavallee, 55, of 157 Mansfield Ave. was arrested for assault and battery. June 6 10:30 a.m. Caller reported a hit and run on Mansfield Avenue. June 7 9:30 a.m. Caller reported a hit and run on East Hodges Street. He said his mailbox was taken out as well as some bumper parts from the offending vehicle. 11:04 a.m. Caller reported a two-vehicle collision on Old Colony Road. One patient was taken to Sturdy Memorial Hospital. 11:53 a.m. Caller reported a case of vandalism on West Main Street. 3:01 p.m. Caller reported a two-vehicle collision on South Worcester Street. No injuries were reported. 3:56 p.m. Caller reported a motor vehicle collision on Taunton Avenue. No injuries were reported.

Norton Police Log May 31-June 3: Suspect Arrested for OUI and Illegal Firearm Possession

May 31 1:17 p.m. Caller reported a motor vehicle collision on Elm Street. No injuries were reported. 3:44 p.m. Caller reported a motor vehicle collision involving a motorcycle. Motorcycle rider was taken to Sturdy Memorial Hospital with injuries. June 2 12:31 p.m. James Momoh, 50, of 19 Falmouth St. in Attleboro was arrested for operation of a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol and negligent operation of a motor vehicle. 3:01 p.m. Caller reported his vehicle was keyed during the night. Norton Police Log May 29-31: Suspect Seen Assaulting Youths

May 29 9:10 a.m. Caller reported a case of larceny on Reservoir Street. 2:51 p.m. Caller reported a minor motor vehicle collision on West Main Street at the Hot Dog Stand. No injuries were reported. May 30 10:05 p.m. Caller reported a motor vehicle had driven over his lawn. When subject was found, he appeared to be intoxicated. May 31 3:46 p.m. Caller reported a motor vehicle collision involving a motorcycle on East Hodges Street. The rider was transported to Sturdy Memorial Hospital. 6:11 p.m. Several callers reported a subject yelling and assaulting a youth. 6:17 p.m. Caller reported property missing from his residence.

May 24 11:52 a.m. Caller reported a break in on East Main Street. 1:12 p.m. Caller reported a minor motor vehicle collision at Gold’s Gym. No injuries were reported. 1:27 p.m. Caller reported  a motor vehicle collision on North Worcester Street. No injuries were reported, but a pile of glass was removed form the roadway. May 26 3:03 p.m. Caller reported someone had damaged his fence on Dean Street. May 28 3:27 p.m. Caller reported being scammed by someone claiming to be from National Grid. Caller stated the suspect took $800. 3:57 p.m. Caller reported a motor vehicle collision on West Main Street. One patient was taken to Sturdy Memorial Hospital. 5:01 p.m. Caller reported finding money gone from his residence.
