The last movie I got to see in theaters just a couple weeks ago was, “The Three Stooges." If you are the kind of person that likes to laugh and likes comical movies, I would recommend this movie. Everyone knows "The Three Stooges" very well, since it use to be a popular TV show. But to make the movie better, they put Moe, Larry and Curly in an up to date form and in the present day environment. The movie started out in the beginning of their lives as babies. The stooges lived in an orphanage just waiting for the right family to adopt them. Because they were not good kids and were always getting in trouble, no one did. They lived their lives in the orphanage until they got older when the orphanage got the bad news that they have to shut …

Recently I saw the movie, "We Bought a Zoo." "We Bought a Zoo" is an amazing movie about a family who lost their mom and wife. They then decided they needed a change in their life and moved into a new house. Come to find out, it is not a normal house; it’s a zoo. It is a very touching movie; it made me laugh and it made me cry, but most of all, it made me smile. I would recommend this movie to everyone! "We Bought a Zoo" is Rated PG and is 124 minutes long. It is available for rental on Netflix and Redbox.

By Kaleigh Schleicher Note that this review contains a spoiler. A movie that I would like to recommend to people is the movie “Gracie” starring Carly Schroeder. I loved this movie from beginning to end, and it is still one of my favorites of all time. It is a story about a teenage girl who feels like she doesn’t have a lot in common with her father. She thinks her brothers are favored by her father, not only because they are boys, but because they are such good athletes as well. Gracie loses her older brother in a car accident, and feels like her world is crumbling. After the tragic accident and the sadness that starts to consume her family, she decides she needs something to pull them all back together. She decides to play varsity soccer …

About 20 watch 'The Maltese Falcon' on Sunday.
A classic film shown at the Sharon Public Library on Sunday night left the audience wanting noir, given the applause. "The Maltese Falcon" is "generally regarded as the very first film noir," Wheaton College Associate Professor of Film Studies and English Josh Stenger told the roughly 20 people gathered in the library's Cynthia B. Fox Community Room. Stenger discussed the cinematic and cultural importance of the film, based on Dashiell Hammett's 1930 detective novel, before and after the viewing. "Since nobody can actually tell you what film noir is, it's kind of like sweeping a wet floor," Stenger said. "It's mysterious. It's raucous. It's sexy. Deceitful. There are no happy endings. This is primarily because the production code required …
