New Testament Christian School hosts Feast Day

Children study Thanksgiving, pilgrims and Indians, celebrate with feast.

New Testament Christian School held a Feast Day Tuesday, complete with children dressed as pilgrims and Indians. Bridgewater resident Courtney Millbury, 30, organized the event. Four high school students also volunteered. "The kids love it," Millbury said. Millbury both graduated from and taught at the school. She has organized this event for the past three years, which partly has to do with her sons. "I love seeing how much they enjoy it," she said. Millbury, who has a son in kindergarten and one in second grade, also enjoys cooking for the event each year. A lunch of turkey, mashed potatoes, corn and cookies was served. When asked what her favorite part of the day was, Mckenna Cress, of Attleboro, shouted "Corn!" The kids were studying …
