Norton Animal Shelter, located just behind Nine Lives at 84 Hill St., has cats and dogs up for adoption. This week, Norton Patch will feature Kelly. Named after your Norton Patch editor, Kelly is approximately 4 months old. She combo tested negative and is up to date on vaccines. Kelly is good with other cats. She's still a little timid.
