Norton Cub Scout Pack 61 held a crossover ceremony Sunday, Feb. 13 at St Mary’s Parish Center in Norton. William Whynacht, James Valentine, Michael dePont, Ryan Eykel, Brendan Blake, Gregory Golden, Eugene Marsolais and Dylan Moreau graduated from Cub Scouts to Boy Scouts. In addition to completing all their Webelos requirements, William Whynacht, James Valentine, Michael dePont, Ryan Eykel, Gregory Golden and Dylan Moreau also earned Cub Scouts highest honor, the Arrow of Light. The Pack also thanked the boy’s den leaders Larry Valentine for his seven years of service to Scouts, and Finnian dePont for his five years of service as well as retiring Cubmaster, Walter Eykel for his 11 years of service. Norton resident Bill Lippincott, who is a financial advisor with Merrill Lynch, knows a lot about businesses and how to work with people. Put those together, and you have a very useful resource.
