Robbery - Case No. 130022 January 11, 2013 Swansea : Bay Coast Bank 554 Wilbur Ave Case Details: On 01/11/13 at 1338 hrs. the Swansea Branch of the Bay Coast Bank located at 554 Wilbur Ave. was robbed. A male suspect entered the bank and handed the teller a note. The note indicated that the bank was being robbed and demanded money. There was no weapon shown and no one was injured. The suspect then fled the bank across Wilbur Ave and onto Pine St.. The suspect is described as a White male in his early to mid twenties, about …

Several Candidates Come Forward for Town Office Election Several people have already begun their road to election day by obtaining nomination papers. Incumbents Robert Kimball Jr. and Robert Salvo Sr. are looking to be reelected while George Gillis is also vying for a seat. School Committee chairperson Andrew Mackie is seeking reelection while Beth McManus’ seat is being eyed by Valerie Desmond. Ralph Stefanelli and Robert Salvo Sr. are both trying to keep their Housing Authority positions. While three seats are available on the Planning Board, so far only incumbent David Miller has taken out papers.   Stoughton Man Charged with Attempted Murder Police arrested a Stoughton man for attempted murder, among other charges, after he allegedly attacked his parents the afternoon of Friday, Oct. 5, according to the Stoughton Police Log and the Stoughton Police Department Facebook Page. Stoughton Police officers Robert Kuhn and John Lydstone arrested Brandon Hensley, 30, of Ethyl Way in Stoughton "for attacking his parents, including the choking of one of the victims," the department's Facebook page reports. Stoughton Police Make Arrest in Webster Bank Robbery A 30-year-old white male robbed Webster Bank on Washington St. in Stoughton the afternoon of June 11 and then fled the scene, but was arrested in Walpole later Monday evening, Stoughton Police Executive Officer Robert Devine said. Nicholas Twomey, 30, of Homesite Rd. in Brockton, entered Webster Bank, located at the corner of Washington and Monk Streets, around 3 p.m. on June 11, passed a note to the teller, and made off with about $2,000 in cash, Devine said. WANTED: Attempted Easton Bank Robbery

A 2009 attempted bank robbery suspect is still on the loose.

On 12/23/09 at 10:57 a.m., subject entered the Bank of Easton located at 275 Washington Street, Easton and passed the teller a note. The note stated this is a robbery and demanded cash. The robber was described as a white male, in his 30's, 5'8" about 210 lbs. wearing a black knit hat, dark sunglasses with yellow tint lenses, navy blue ski jacket, hood with a grey stripe, jeans, sneakers, with one to two days of hair growth on his face and walks with a slight limp. Bank Robbery Suspect Arrested

Ramon Felix found at drug rehabilitation center in Brockton.

Today Norton Police detectives received information as to the location of Ramon Felix, who is wanted for the robbery of Mansfield Bank in Norton on April 20.  Based on the investigation and new information, Detective Lieutenant Thomas Petersen Jr. and Detective James Franco located Felix at a drug rehabilitation center in Brockton. Felix was placed under arrest in Brockton and transported to Norton Police Department. A total of four outstanding arrest warrants were active for Felix; one each for Norton, Newburyport, Wakefield and the Quincy District Court Probation Department. Felix is being held without bail at the Norton Police Department and will be arraigned Monday morning at the Attleboro District Court. The detectives were assisted …

Bank Robbery Suspect in Norton Identified Norton Police Detectives have identified the Mansfield Bank robbery suspect as Ramon Felix, 27, of Quincy.  A bank employee told the Norton Police Department that a male entered the Mansfield Bank on W. Main Street in Norton at about 6 p.m. on April 21, approached a teller and handed her a note requesting money and stating that he had a weapon.  No weapon was shown to the teller. The male then fled the bank with an undisclosed amount of cash.
