Anne T. (Kirchgassner) Hiltz-Donovan, 63, of Plymouth, formerly of Norton, died Dec. 6, 2012 at the Ichabod Washburn Hospice Residence in Worcester. Anne was born in Boston, daughter of the late Catherine T. (Kelley) and John J. Kirchgassner. She was wife of the late Daniel Donovan. Anne graduated from St. Gregory High School in Dorchester, Boston State College Cum Laude, where she received her Bachelor of Science degree, and Suffolk University Law School Cum Laude, where she received her Juris Doctorate degree. She was admitted to the Mass. Bar in 1982, U.S. District Court in 1983, U.S. Tax Court in 1985 and the U.S. Supreme Court in 1986. Anne was a member of the Mass.
