I could NOT possibly rate this person and his company any lower !!!! His prices appear to be made up off the top of his head and they are ridiculous. and his work is NOT of a high caliber .

Who is he kidding????? Reasonable rates????? Is $200 to change a toilet handle (15 minutes work) REASONABLE????? PAUL FREEMAN IS A POOR EXCUSE OF A LOCAL PLUMBER!!!!! NEVER AGAIN WILL I DO BUSINESS LOCALLY!!!!!

Tom u r absolutely right his prices r off the top of his head.I Had him come in and give me a qoute on replacing my 20 gallon holding tank for my well, he was there less than 5 mins. and gave me a price of $1200. I upgarded my tank to a 32 gallon had another local plumber come in and install it for $750. I would not recommmend him to any one.
