Winter Solstice Walk This Weekend in Norton

A grant from the Norton Cultural Council has helped fund a free winter solstice walk on Johnston Acres in Norton. Here are all the details:

When?: Saturday, 10 a.m.

Where?: Johnson Acres corner of North Washington Street & Newcomb Street Norton

Details:

Join Mass Audubon staff for a Winter Solstice Walk at Johnson Acres and discover what animals are living in the forests, wetlands and meadows right near your own backyard!

Johnson Acres was purchased in 2000 with Land and Water Conservation Funds and is located on the corner of North Washington Street and Newcomb Street. Do not park in driveways please.

This FREE program is supported in part by a grant from the Norton Cultural Council, a local agency which is supported by the  Massachusetts Cultural Council, a state agency. Instructions and Directions:Dress for weather and wear sturdy walking shoes.
