Electronic recycle day and bicycle collection

Details?

All welcome to Saint Mary's Church Electronic and bicycle recycle day   Sat September 28 9 a.m. to 2 p.m at the parish parking lot located on  1 Power Street, Norton MA.
Accepting all electronics to include monitors, computers, computer games,  stereo equipment, copy and fax machines, printers, TV's and item that has a plug. We are also accepting any appliances, such as washers, dryers, stoves, refrigerators as well as lawn mowers, snow blowers with the gas removed, exercise equipment and grills.The recycle event will have low fees of $5 each r computer, $10 any monitor or small TV less than 19", $15 each TV between 19" and 26" and $20 each TV over 26" wide and wood console TV's, projection TV's $25 each. . Any appliance are $10 each. 
Any cell phones, car, truck batteries are free.

Bike recycle day
Do you have a older/newer road, mountain, bmx, adult or kids bikes collecting dust and not used much. It does not matter the condition of the bikes. Any bike is  a good one..Bikes are to be reused, fixed where needed and sold .Church benefits from part of sales.
Please bring bike to parking lot..

Attleboro Farmer's Market


When?
Saturday, 9 a.m. - 1 p.m.

Finberg Field, 732 Park St. (Route 118), Attleboro

Details:
The Market is located at Fineberg Field in Atttleboro which is at Park (Route 118) and Bishop Streets, between Sturdy Hospital and LaSalette Shrine. Across the street from Bliss Brothers Dairy. It is open every Saturday from mid-June through October from 9 to 1.

Annual Fire Truck Pull at the Comcast Center

When?
Saturday, 10 a.m.

Where?

Comcast Center, Mansfield

Details:
The Second Annual Pull to benefit the Special Olympics.

We will have emergency vehicles on display as well as police and fire "specialty vehicles" participating in the event so that adults and kids attending the event can see and have pictures taken with these vehicles. Please feel free to bring a vehicle from your department to "show off" as part of the event.

Also, legendary area strong-man - Justin Sulham - from the "50 Feet Closer To A Cure" (www.50feetcloser.org) organization will be doing a "solo truck pull" demonstration.

We are also planning on having a short "Torch Run" into the Comcast Center to kick off the event just prior to the beginning of the truck pull competitions. We need individuals to run/jog with the group carrying the "Flame of Hope Torch" into the Comcast Center (approx. 1/2 mile). If you, or someone you know would like to participate in the symbolic "Torch Run" please let me know and plan on arriving at the Comcast Center for 9:00AM.

If nothing else, bring your family and friends to the event for a fun day. The activities for the kids, touch-a-truck, police/fire vehicle display and classic car display areas are all free of charge, but donations to Special Olympics are certainly welcomed. So come on out to the event for some good family fun. There will be food and music.


Yard Sale, the Old Fashioned Way

Big Yard Sale on Sunday, September 29th from 10am to 1pm.
There will be five families participating in this yard sale. ...Lots of great items for sale!
