3. What Else is Happening Around Norton?  Roger Charter to Perform at Epoch Tuesday at 3 p.m.:

EPOCH Senior Healthcare of Norton will welcome musician Roger Chartier for a New Year’s Eve performance. Chartier is an accomplished multi-instrumentalist who entertains audience with six and 12-string guitars, the bass, banjo, violin, mandolin and keyboard. All are welcome to attend this free event.
