Saturday at Deutsche Bank Championship: Garcia Claims Lead After Second Round

After the first round belonged to Phil Mickelson Friday, it was Sergio Gracia's day in the second round Saturday at Deutsche Bank Championship at TPC-Boston in Norton.
Garcia shot a 7 under 64 to take the lead going into Sunday's third round at 13-under 129. Georgia Tech product Roberto Castro has put together two solid rounds and is at 12-under along with Henrik Stenseon at 11 under.
Mickelson had a up and down round Saturday with a 71, five behind Garcia. He finished strong though and is looking to repeat Friday's success on Sunday. Tiger Wools is six strokes back, tied for 20th place after posting a 67 Saturday.
Garcia said he was feeling the affects of playing five straight weeks and almost passed on a trip to Norton to rest up for the last two matches of PGA Tour's FedEX Cup.
"The summer has been tough," he said. "It's been a little difficult for me. But I'm just trying to keep going, to keep doing things right. At the end of the day, that's the only thing I can ask myself, give my best effort out there."
