Branco Nets First Collegiate Goal in Women's Soccer
Morgan Branco helps Southern New Hampshire University soccer team improve to 7-3-1 and 5-3-1 in the Northeast-10 Conference.
Southern New Hampshire University freshman Morgan Branco, of Norton, scored her first collegiate goal as the women’s soccer team posted a 5-1 win over Bentley University Tuesday night to improve to 7-3-1 and 5-3-1 in the Northeast-10 Conference.
Branco scored in the 87th minute of the win, the third straight for the Penmen. The all-time leading scorer for the Boxers with 89 goals and 30 assists, Branco has appeared in all 11 games for Southern New Hampshire with one start.
Morgan is a Brockton High School graduate. She follows in the footsteps of her brother Jordan Branco, who has also made a career for himself as a soccer player at Southern New Hampshire University.

Southern New Hampshire returns to action Saturday afternoon when it hosts Le Moyne College in a 4:00 Northeast-10 contest.
