Voter Registration Deadline Today

he Norton Town Clerks Office, located on the first floor of Town Hall, 70 E. Main Street will be open from 8:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. today.

Today is the last day to register to vote for the upcoming State and Presidential Election.

Registered voters who have not returned a 2012 census form to the town clerks office are considered inactive voters and will be required to complete additional forms and show a valid ID with their voter address on it at the polls before being eligible to receive a ballot. Residents who are unsure if they have completed their 2012 census are encouraged to stop by or call the town clerk's office at 508-285-0230 to verify and/or complete the necessary forms to avoid the delay at the polls. This must be completed by Oct. 26 to be re-activated prior to election day.

If you have moved to Norton or have moved to a new address in Norton, you must re-register with the town clerk.
