Representatives Howitt, Barrows Begin New Term

State Reps. sworn in Wednesday.

Representatives Jay Barrows (R-Mansfield) and Steven S. Howitt (R-Seekonk) were sworn in to their second term of service to Norton at inauguration ceremonies held at the State House on Wednesday, Jan. 2, 2013.  

Howitt also represents Rehoboth, Seekonk and Swansea while Barrows represents Mansfield and Foxborough in addition to Norton.

Howitt and Barrows were joined by their colleagues in the House of Representatives as Governor Deval Patrick administered the oath of office for the 188th Great and General Court.

“It’s an honor and privilege to continue to represent the people of the 4th Bristol District," Howitt said. "I look forward to continuing to work for the people and towns both at the State House, and in the district as we continue our service to the constituents.”
