Martin Luther King Jr. Day: What's Opened, Closed in Norton

Find out what is open and closed in Norton for the holiday on Monday.

A number of Norton facilities will be closed on Monday in observation of Martin Luther King Jr. Day.

Students can take the day off, as classes will not be held. This includes Norton Public Schools, New Testament Christian School and Wheaton College.

All United State Post Offices are closed. There is no regular mail delivery/pickup or retail services on postal holidays.

Norton Public Library will also be closed, and will reopen Tuesday at 10 a.m.

Martin Luther King Jr. Day is considered a bank holiday and most banks will be closed on Monday, including Bank of America. Contact your bank to determine if they will be open Monday.

The Tri-Town Chamber of Commerce and United Regional Chamber of Commerce will be closing up shop until Tuesday.

Most other area businesses, restaurants and stores will be open for normal business hours on Monday.
