The Town of Norton, through its Board of Selectmen, is accepting sealed bids for repair and maintenance services associated with the Everett Leonard Park complex on Parker Street.
Specifications and bid forms are available at the Town Manager's Office, Norton Municipal Center, 70 E. Main St., 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Sealed bids marked with the bidders name and designation "Everett Leonard Park" on the outside envelope must be no later than 11 a.m. March 20 at the Town Manager's Office. Bids will be opened and read aloud at the time and may be held for a period of 30 days from the date of opening.
Bidders must bid on all items. The Board of Selectmen is the awarding authority and reserves the right to reject any or all bids and/or to waive any informality if it determines said action to be in the best interest of the Town of Norton. A contract will be awarded to the vendor that is the lowest responsible and eligible bidder. All bidding shall be in strict accordance with the requirements of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 30B.
