Vehicle Stuck on Curb, Car Accidents, and Hit and Run

The following information about recent local police incidents was supplied by the Norton Police Department. An arrest and/or charge does not indicate a conviction.

Oct. 26:

2:10 a.m. - Old Colony Rd.

A caller reported that a woman struck a curb and was stuck on it. No injuries were reported. The vehicle was eventually extricated.

1:08 p.m. - Reseervoir St.

A caller reported a motor vehicle accident with the possibility of injuries. Police responded and found one was injured, but the patient refused transport to the hospital.

Oct. 27

3:12 p.m. - Bay Rd.

Easton Police reported to Norton Police that an accident took place with an injury, and the culprid fled into Norton, heading towards Bay Rd. Norton PD responded to the area to search for a red pick-up truck. The area search was negative.

Oct. 28

12:33 p.m. - Mansfield Ave.

Police responded to a motor vehicle accident at Cumberland Farms. Police reported no injuries. The vehicles left under their own power.
