Stolen Plants, Hit and Run, Disorderly Conduct Arrest

The following information about recent local police incidents was supplied by the Norton Police Department. An arrest and/or charge does not indicate a conviction.

Nov. 8:

12:07 p.m. - Alder Rd.

Police reported that two plants were stolen from conservation area over night.

6:30 p.m. - W. Main St.

A caller reported his Corvette was backed into by a white vehicle. The caller retrieved the license plate and relayed it to police. Police were able to locate the vehicle involved and an exchange of paper work was arranged.

Nov. 9

10:02 p.m. - Margaret Dr.

A caller reported a male subject in dark clothes kicked over her mailbox then proceeded towards Fordham Dr. screaming. The subject then returned to the residence.

The subject was apparently under the influence of acid and was transported to Sturdy Memorial Hospital.

Nov. 10

4:16 p.m. - Goldenwood Dr.

State Police reported a female called ona non-provisional phone reporting her father was accusing her of stealing medication. A caller then reported two women were fighting outside of his white SUV on the corner of Maple St. and Goldenwood Dr.

Kathleen Hennessey, 29, of Waltham was arrested for suspicion of disorderly conduct and possession of a Class E substance.

10:16 p.m. - Tamarack Rd.

A caller reported hearing a single gunshot in the distance. Police arrived and did not hear anything. They reported those individuals heard the gun shots a while ago. The area was reported to be quiet.
