Possible Robbery, Dogs Attack Horses and Motor Vehicle Accident
The following information about recent local police incidents was supplied by the Norton Police Department. An arrest and/or charge does not indicate a conviction.
Oct. 21:
5:30 a.m. - Stone Run Dr.
A caller reported she is being robbed and there are two men with flashlights near her shed.
Police responded. The men were hunters who reportedly have permission from the homeowner. The men are supposed to call beforehand.
Oct. 22:
2:36 p.m. - Pine St.
A resident was into the station reporting that her horses were being attacked by three unleashed dogs. She said it is an ongoing incident. She was advised to come into the station for paperwork.
5:00 p.m. - S. Washington St.
Norton Police pulled over a gray Toyota for speeding. Christopher Soda, 24, of 28 Kevins Way, Easton was arrested for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.
9:47 p.m. - Harvey St.
A caller reported that he struck a tree. He said he was not injured. A report was taken.

10:52 a.m. - W. Main St.
A caller report someone came into the store (CVS Pharmacy) to report a past hit and run. An employee's vehicle had been struck by a white Ford pickup truck. A report was taken.
