Monday, Jan. 28

4:03 p.m. Callers reported a motor vehicle collision on John Scott Boulevard after a vehicle crashed into a guardrail. Two patients were taken to Rhode Island Hospital.

9:17 a.m. Caller reported a vehicle spun out on 41 Reservoir Street and collided with a utility pole. No injuries were reported.

4:42 p.m. Caller reported a two-vehicle collision on the East Main Street overpass. No injuries were reported.

Thursday, Jan. 31

6:19 a.m. Caller reported utility pole down on East Hodges Street

7:35 p.m. Caller reported his mailbox was vandalized several times during the week on Pratt Drive.

12:40 p.m. Caller reported a two-vehicle motor vehicle collision on New Taunton Avenue. Minor injuries were treated on scene.

Friday, Feb. 1

7:21 a.m. Caller reported that her mailbox on Richardson Avenue was vandalized.

10:19 p.m. Caller reported a one-vehicle collision on Holmes Street.

10:49 p.m. John Pizzuto, 17, of Holmes Street was arrested for operation of a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.
