Norton Police Log: May 12 - 13

The following information was supplied by the Norton Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

Saturday, May 12
5:37 a.m.: Lincoln Street, suspicious condition. Report of men were running through the area who may be involved in theft. Two males found. The homeowner wants to trespass the subjects and noted there were assaults to the livestock.
6:07 a.m.: Lincoln Street. Police arrested Adam Kelly, 24, of Oak Street, and charged him with breaking and entering for a misdemeanor, disturbing the peace and animal cruelty.
6:24 a.m.: Susan Circle, suspicious condition. Caller reports he believes someone entered his residence around 3:30 a.m. He and his wife heard a sound like someone was playing with the baby gates. Also broke into vehicle.
6:29 a.m.: Lincoln Street. Police arrested Derek Woodworth, 24, of Lincoln Street, and charged him with breaking and entering for a misdemeanor, disturbing the peace and animal cruelty.
8:46 a.m.: E. Main Street, domestic disturbance.
9:09 a.m.: E. Main Street. Police arrested John E. Sulfaro, 49, of E. Main Street, and charged him with assault and battery and intimidating a witness.
10:42 a.m.: Susan Circle, breaking and entering of a motor vehicle. Items taken.
5:37 p.m.: Lincoln Street, larceny of a fountain and lawn ornament.
6:29 p.m.: Sanlin Street, larceny of gas from vehicle.

Sunday, May 13
8:50 a.m.: Margaret Drive, harassment/threats of daughter from another party who graduated last year.
10:59 a.m.: E. Main Street, medical emergency. Evaluation needed for prisoner.
3:03 p.m.: E. Main Street, medical emergency. Subject in van possibly having heart attack. Transported to Sturdy Memorial.
5:01 p.m.: W. Main Street, assault.
