Gas Company Employees Threatened with Knife in Norton Police Log: 10 - 11

Monday, Sept. 10
1:53 a.m.: Mansfield Avenue. Police arrested Anthony M. Dearaujo, 20, of Concord Street, Framingham, and charged him with possession of liquor under the age of 21, marked lanes violation, possession of a Class B substance with intent to distribute and possession of a Class D substance with intent to distribute.
2:27 a.m.: Mansfield Avenue. Police arrested Brianna C. Griffin, 18, of Audubon Road, Framingham, and charged her with possession of liquor under the age of 21 and possession of a Class E substance.
3:01 a.m.: Mansfield Avenue. Police arrested Amanda P. Leach, 18, of Cherry Street, Framingham, and charged her with possession of liquor under the age of 21.
7:43 a.m.: Hickory Road, motor vehicle accident. Caller reports a car just struck a parked car. Vehicle was removed from scene and returned home by operator's husband, second vehicle was towed.
2:01 p.m.: S. Worcester Street, vandalism. Caller reports one of her workers noticed the magnetic signs from his truck was missing this morning when he left for work. Sign is for Mansfield Oil.
4:45 p.m.: Cottage Street, larceny.
5:14 p.m.: Plain Street, breaking and entering of a residence. Caller reports a past breaking and entering that occurred this afternoon. Area canvassed with negative results. Report taken.

Tuesday, Sept. 11
10:07 a.m.: S. Worcester Street, general disturbance. Caller from Columbia Gas reports male resident came out of house wielding a knife at Columbia Gas employees. Has since gone back in. All cars enroute. Male suspect stepped out of the house with a small child. Police have custody of the child. Speaking with suspect. Male put in custody. Officers entering residence for a protective sweep. DSS notified for child.
10:36 a.m.: S. Worcester Street. Police arrested Adam D. Pedranti, 37, of S. Worcester Street, and charged him with two counts of assault with a dangerous weapon and disorderly conduct.
1:08 p.m.: W. Hodges Street, animal incident. Caller reports three cows in the road. Unable to locate.
2:09 p.m.: Pond Street, breaking and entering of a residence. Caller reports someone attempted to break into his residence yesterday. No entry made, unsure if it's an attempted break or
vandalism.
