As I understood, they were all adults- 18,19 but just not legal drinking age.

can't do the time dont do the crime! The military service and drinking age doesnt work anymore...the Military is volunteer... I agreed during the Vietnam Era when 18 year old kids were getting pluck out of the graduation line, but not today. Remember when the Drinking age was 18....Drunk Driving deaths sky rocketed. If you really want ot send people off the deep end with your comments, how about talking about the fact that it was a Drinking Party on the eastside on Forest Street, and the youths arrested are always going to hate the man for keeping them down, unless they keep getting those entitlements. I 'll buy each one of those punks a keg of beer if they go and enlist. I wonder how many of them live in the State Group Home Behind Honey Dew.....Maybe the Draft wasn't so bad after all...........

ok does that mean that the goods were stolen, hidden somewhere and then "asportated" from the hidden location?

Ignorance must be bliss, Susan. Obviously you aren't aware of the settled lawsuits for excessive force, misconduct, resignations, and firings on the APD before your arrival. Do a little research. It is possible to be "visible" and "on point" to excess.
