After an initial investigation, police discovered that a Jeep Wrangler, operated by Eric Jette, 25, of S. Main Street, Attleboro, had drifted into the oncoming lane of travel. The other vehicle, a Chevrolet Impala, had to cross into the opposite lane of travel in an attempt to avoid a head on collision.
