On a picture-perfect fall day today, ghosts and goblins young and old dressed up in their Halloween costumes and lined up Route 123 from the Norton/Attleboro line to the St. Mary’s Church in Norton for the 21st Annual Chartley Halloween Parade and it was a great parade filled with police cars from the town of Norton and Attleboro and Bristol County Sheriff patrol cars and also the Norton Fire Department vehicles took part in the parade along with Fire Departments from all over the country along with beautiful decorated floats from Businesses and Organizations in the Town of the Norton participated in the parade and threw candy to the kids along with the Norton Town Manager Michael Yuntis and State Representative Jay Barrows and Steven Howell and the Norton Board of Selectmen took part in parade and the 2013 Chartley Halloween Parade was a successful one and everyone had a great time and I brought my Halloween Spirit and my Norton Spirit all in one as I attended the 2013 Chartley Halloween Parade.
