Suggestions: Ice cream parlor, shoe store, Verizon or book store

A book store would be nice now that Borders is gone.

Book store! I would open one if I had money!!! Maybe Paperback Junction in Easton needs a second location?!?

I agree with the book store or shoe store. Annie's or Paperback Junction would do well there.

I agree with the book store. I'd also really like to see a Horse Tack store in the area!

I just learned that L.A. Fitness was to go into the former Dress Barn but there are concerns with the septic system in that plaza and they were rejected.

I often see a lot of traffic in the plaza, but I can't say for sure which stores are doing well aside from Roche Bros.

Do you know how long the spaces have been vacant for? I know for at least a year since your article was from a year ago...

Many of those place are still vacant while maybe a couple have been filled. Fiesta Mexican Restaurant, for example, is about a month old. I don't know exactly how long they have been vacant.

They are asking way too much money per square foot given the amount of space that's empty in this plaza. It's a great plaza too. Been trying to negotiate with them for a lower rate, but they just won't have it. You'd think a paying lessee would be better than no lessee. Guess not.
