Robert Grahn
Robert Millet Grahn, age 88, died on Monday, Jan. 14, 2013. He served his country during WWII in the Army Air Force. Robert was employed as a mechanical engineer for the Foxboro Company for over 30 years until his retirement. Robert was a Trustee Director for the Foxborough Savings Bank, member of the Boyden Library planning committee, building committee and trustee. He was a past president and member of the Foxborough Historical Society and Past Master of the St. Alban’s Lodge A.F. & A.M. in Foxborough. For the complete obituary click here. 

William Furlong
William M. Furlong, 92, a lifelong resident of Easton, died Wednesday, January 16, 2013. He was raised in Easton and was a graduate of Oliver Ames High School. A veteran of WWII, William served in the US Army as a Staff Sergeant and was the recipient of the Silver Star Medal, the Bronze Stat Medal and the Purple Heart. William was a life member of the Easton Rod & Gun Club  and his hobbies included both fishing and hunting. For the complete obituary click here.

Judy Sidman
Judy A. (Elliott) Sidman of Norton, formerly of Attleboro and Stoughton, died Jan. 22, 2013. She held several positions in the healthcare field throughout her life and was an active member of the Second Congregational Church of Attleboro. Sidman particularly enjoyed the Prayer Shawl Ministry as well as Martha's Circle until her health prevented her from being as active. Sidman spent the past three and a half years at Epoch Assisted Living in Norton, where she was active in the Red Hat Society, Residents Council and other resident activities, especially enjoying arts & crafts and Bingo. Daniel Collier
Daniel J. Collier, 28, of Norton, passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, Jan. 16, 2013. Dan grew up and was educated in Norton, and was a 2003 graduate of Bridgewater Raynham High School. He was trained as a union carpenter with Local 67, taking training courses at the New England Carpenters Training School in Millbury. He formerly worked at Bridgewater State University, the Carpenters Local Union 67 in Boston, and at the Home Depot in Mansfield. When younger, Dan was a member of Boy Scout Troop 12 in Norton achieving the rank of Eagle Scout in 2002. For the complete obituary click here.

Patricia Ruffing
Patricia E. (McLaughlin) Ruffing, age 62, of Attleboro, formerly of Mansfield passed away in the comfort of her home, surrounded by her loving family on Monday, January 21, 2013. Mrs. Ruffing had worked for over 15 years as a secretary at Pediatric Specialists of Foxboro & Wrentham. While living in Mansfield, she was a communicant of St. Mary’s Church. Virginia Ryan
Virginia Claire Ryan, 72, of Norfolk died surrounded by loving family on Jan. 16, 2013. She was employed for many years as a clerical worker at the former Crosby Valve in Wrentham and at the Bird Machine Co. in Walpole. For the complete obituary click here.
