Ruth Scott
Ruth M. Scott, 100, a lifelong resident of Norton, passed away Dec. 12, 2012. Ruth worked as a secretary and bookkeeper at the former Norton Center Garage, a business owned and operated by her family in the center of town for many years. She had previously been employed in the same capacities at the L.G. Balfour Co. in Attleboro, the Robinson-Rayon Co. in Providence and for the Newcomb Home later known as the Daggett Crandall Newcomb Home in Norton. For the full obituary click here.

Robert James McKenna III
Robert James McKenna III,  of Seekonk died Dec. 9, 2012. Bob served his country as a member of the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam War. He was a letter carrier for the United States Postal Service in Pawtucket for 27 years. Known by many as the "Unofficial Mayor of Seekonk," he gave back to his community by serving as president of the Seekonk Athletics Booster Club, member of the Conservation Commission, Veterans Committee, Meadows Park Committee and the Seekonk High School and Martin School building committees. Linda A. Lapierre
Linda A. (Hayes) Lapierre, 69, passed away Dec. 11, 2012. She was wife of the late Leo N. Lapierre. Born in Pawtucket, R.I. Daughter of the late Joseph and Margaret (Monahan) Hayes, she resided in Attleboro since 1965. For the full obituary click here.

Alfred F. Beech
Alfred F. Beech, of North Easton died Dec. 17, 2012. Alfred retired after 37 years as a Quality Control Specialist for the U.S Government. He also owned and operated Easton Appliance Service for many years. He was a licensed private pilot. He served in the U.S. Navy during World War II as a plank owner on the USS Cape Esperance. Barbara Grace Lloyd
Barbara Grace (Galbraith) Lloyd, 73 of Stoughton, formerly of Canton, passed away Dec. 15, 2012. She was a member of the Universalist Unitarian Church in Easton. She was also a member of the JCC/ YMCA in Stoughton where she enjoyed many 5k road races and swimming. For many years Barbara was the swimming director at Ames Pond in Stoughton. Dorothy Parker
Dorothy Parker (Moriarty), 96, of Sharon passed away Dec. 17, 2012. Born and raised in Boston, Parker graduated from Girls High Class of 1933. She was a devoted wife and homemaker and has lived in Sharon since 1948. For the full obituary click here.
