Track Team sets more records- 4th in Division 4 at State Relay Meet

On the way to the 4th place finish behind 1st place finisher Randolph , the boys set/broke 3 school records: the High Jump Relay of Kevin O'Leary, Mike Tierney, & Brandon Durocher set a new mark of 5.06 meters, the Long Jump Relay of Kevin O'Leary, Brandon Durocher, & Justin Ireland broke the old school record of 16.07m with a 17.11m. Kevin O'Leary bested Ben Donovan's (2011-12) old Long Jump record of 19'5.25" with a jump of 19'7".Overall placements from the Norton team were as follows:
1st Place Overall - High Jump Relay - O'Leary, Tierney, & Durocher -
3rd Place Overall - 4x800 - Billy Sullivan, Max Marcotte, Tierney, & Durocher -
4th Place Overall - 4x400 - Sullivan, Marcotte, Tierney, & Durocher -
4th Place Overall - Long Jump Relay - O'Leary, Durocher, & Ireland -
5th Place Overall - Shuttle Hurdle Relay - Cam Stalters, Brandon Durocher, Sean Eykel, & Alex Carignan  -even with one of them falling-
The 4 x 200 team of Andrew Ranieri, Adam Winiraz, Parker Clethero and Colin O'Leary qualified for States
Today at 3:30 at Wheaton College the team competes against Millis.
