Records fell at Track Meet last night

4 School Records  Lead Lancers to Double Wins over Ashland and Dover-Sherborn and Keep Boys Undefeated at 5-0 and Girls record 4-1!
Sophomore Justin Ireland broke the 55 record winning at 6.7 sec. and also won the 300 over both teams.
Billy Sullivan and Max Marcotte both broke the mile record running 4:38.9 and 4:39.7 respectively. Mike Tierney broke the 600 in 1:25.6. He also won  high jumps,and was the anchor leg of the winning 4x400 meter relay team.
 Kevin O'Leary got 1st and 2nd in the shotput, had two seconds in the 300 meters, and two 3rds in the 55 dash.
Brendan Durocher had two 2nds in the 55 hurdles, two 2nds in the high jump, and was a member of both winning relay teams.
Chris Wrenn had  two 1000 meter race victories and his two winning 4x400 relays.Cam Stalters won  hurdles against both schools.
Joey Annand was a winner in the 2 mile against one team and took a 2nd against the other team.

Norton Girls team also won both meets last night.
Shannon O'Rourke heaved the shot put with a best of 31'10" Kassidy Campbell was a double winner in the 600 (1:51.5)  and 55 hurdles ( 9.2) . The hurdlers swept the event with Molly Bieksha and Melanie Morris taking second and third. Anya Dilorenzo won the mile events and Danielle Whitman came in second and took both a first and second place in the high jump. the 4x400 relay team of Liz and Allison Dufault, Danielle Whitman and Anya DiLorenzo won against both schools. Their record improves to 4-1. Norton competes next against Holliston at Wheaton College Jan 4.
