LET YOUR YOGA DANCE - FIRST CLASS FREE

Dance for EVERY BODY! Let Your Yoga Dance is a 60 minute class that combines movement, world music, yoga postures, and relaxation in the Kripalu Style of Yoga. It is designed to stimulate and balance the seven main energy centers of the body (chakras). Whereas a typical yoga class is designed to create a safe space for students to go deeper into their own individual experience, a Let Your Yoga Dance Class has the additional benefit of building a community or team through both individual and group-centric choreography.

Lisa Cohen, RYT-200, is a Kripalu Certified Yoga teacher, registered with the Yoga Alliance, and also certified by the Let Your Yoga Dance Teachers Association. Lisa specializes in new students, and believes everyone can benefit through both traditional Kripalu Yoga and Let Your Yoga Dance, regardless of current level of fitness or any specific physical challenges. This class is fun, energizing, and balancing. The class is structured so that each students may participate at whatever level of physical intensity they feel comfortable - seated participants may dance alongside students feeling vigorous as well as those seeking a more gentle reflective experience.
 
No previous experience is needed to participate in Let Your Yoga Dance class. Please wear loose fitting clothing and bring bottled water. Additional classes available for $30 for 30 days of unlimited yoga and Let Your Yoga Dance. Full calendar available at www.LisaCohenYoga.com.
