Girl Scout Camp Edith Read Open House

Going to Girl Scout camp is a chance to explore nature, have fun, try new
things and make great friends. Camp Edith Read spans
44 wooded acres along Wading River. The site includes a lodge, playing field, adventure
trail, shelters for rainy-day activities and an in-ground swimming pool.



 Some of the many programs offered this summer at camp will include:
Center Stage, Take the stage and try
out drama games, learn new dance moves, and write a song; Incredible Edibles, Design graham cracker mosaics, edible
sculptures and food fingerprints.



Interested
in exploring your options at summer camp? Attend an open house at Camp Edith
Read on Sunday, April 6 from 1 – 3 pm. Girls and their families are welcome to
tour camp and learn about the fun programs that will be offered there this
