Five Things Norton: Lenny Clarke Coming to Norton


1. Davis Bates will be at the Norton Library for a Celebration in Song and Story at 11 a.m. today.  Award-winning performer Davis Bates will share participatory stories and songs celebrating reading and community. For everyone, babies through grandparents.

2.  Legendary Boston comic Lenny Clarke, famous for his role on the award-winning FX show Rescue Me will be performing at Trinity on July 24 at 6 p.m. Tickets are $20.

4. The Board of Selectmen are looking to fill a vacancy on the Norton Housing Authority.

Interested parties should submit a letter of interest to the Board of Selectmen prior to August 30th.  The appointment for the Housing Authority would be effective only until the date of the next Town election in April 2014.

5. EPOCH Assisted Living of Norton will show a Charlie Chaplain and Buster Keaton film accompanied by pianist Richard Hughes on Thursday, July 25 at 2 p.m. This event is free and open to the public.
