Jane DuBois named Food Service Director at EPOCH of Norton

EPOCH Assisted Living at Norton has hired Jane DuBois as Food Service Director. DuBois will manage the kitchen staff and plan the community’s dining program. She will also work with both dieticians and residents to meet nutritional requirements while incorporating the seniors’ food traditions and preferences.

Prior to joining the EPOCH team, DuBois served as the Director of Food Services for a number of health care, rehabilitation and nursing homes where she managed menu planning; hired and trained all management and food preparation personnel; and served as a liaison between the administration and residents regarding food service.

With more than 25 years’ experience working in the food service industry for senior living, DuBois brings a high level of expertise to EPOCH Assisted Living of Norton.

DuBois said, “I started working in long term care the year I graduated from high school. I fell in love with working with the ‘young at heart’ and have been doing it ever since. I have a passion for cooking and am eager to share that with everyone at EPOCH.”
