Book Explorers will discuss Ellis Island from 4 to 5 p.m. To prepare, kids in grades kindergarten through 3 can try to find the name of a member of a family member who came from another country to America, as well as the (approximate) year he or she arrived in America and what country he or she came from.
3. A workshop on how to start or run a more profitable small business will be held 6:30 to 9 p.m. at 875 Centerville Road, Warwick, R.I.
