1. Today will be cloudy, then gradually will become mostly sunny, with a high near 57. West wind will be between 5 and 13 mph, with gusts as high as 28 mph. Tonight there is a 30 percent chance of showers, mainly between 10 p.m. and 2 a.m. Otherwise it will be mostly cloudy, with a low around 37.

2. Norton Public Library will hold a complimentary theater workshop with Drama Kids Int. from 11 a.m. to noon. Kids ages 3.5 to 18 will use voice, body, and imagination to create scenes. There will also be  interactive theater games and more. Register in advance at the Norton Public Library.

3. The Village Toy Shop, 285 Washington St., North Easton, is holding a 2012 toy preview starting 10 a.m. The shop just returned from the New York Toy Fair and cannot wait to show everyone some of the new toys including the Cyber Football, Tobbles, Guiness World Record Sets and more. Demonstrations will be out for all to enjoy.

4. About a month after a fire broke out on the second floor of their 39 Evergreen Road home, the Clinkscale family is still recovering. But thanks to a few generous people like 11-year-old Nicholas Pucino, they are about $200 closer to getting back on their feet. Read more about Nicholas here.
