Art Matters returns to EPOCH of Norton

Art Matters, a popular art awareness and education program, will visit EPOCH Assisted Living of Norton on Wednesday, Sept. 19 at 2:30 p.m. for a discussion called “The Portrait in Art,” a program examining the variety of styles of portraits in art.
