Taste of Bristol County Postponed

To be rescheduled for spring.

Due to lack of participants, the Taste of Bristol county, scheduled for Saturday, Sept. 22, has been postponed.

Norton Community Lions Club members are looking to reschedule the event for late spring.

"We felt we did not get enough responses for the restaurants in the area," said Club president Theresa Giblin.

If rescheduled, the Taste of Bristol County will amass favorite flavors of the region under one roof. Proceeds will go toward the Lions Club, eye research and local charities. While the Club’s particular interest is in helping those in need with eye care, the mission of the organization is to do whatever is needed to help their local communities.
