Pop Warner football practices have been going on all month, however, before regular season play, the entire Norton squads are invited to join together for this fabulous kick-off event.
On Saturday, Aug. 24, at noon-3:30 p.m., (after mandatory weigh-in), at Everett Leonard Field, team rivalries are put aside with a celebration of the launch of the football season. While athletic abilities will be used, the young football players will be using their skills on this day with other more creative competitions. Better arrive hungry because there will be a pie-in-the-face contest and dress casually because someone will be getting wet in the dunk tank!

The day will also include a delicious menu of hamburgers, cheeseburgers, hot dogs, pasta salad, potato salad and chips. There will also be lively music playing throughout the afternoon. Water will be served with the meal, but feel free to bring additional (non-alcoholic) beverages.
