2. School Open House
Today is the open house for Norton Elementary Schools. The open house for grades kindergarten through 3 will be 5:30 p.m. while grades 4 and 5 will have theirs 6:30 p.m.

3. Friends of the Norton Public Library meeting
Friends of the Norton Public Library meet 6:30 to 8 p.m. the first Tuesday of each month unless otherwise noted. Everyone is welcome. Meeting takes place in the community room.

4. Help Home for Little Wanderers
Watson's Candies and Scoops in Walpole is teaming up with The Home for Little Wanderers to help prepare kids for the upcoming school year. All donations of new backpacks and school supplies for youth of all ages can be dropped off at Watson’s Candies & Scoops, 761 Main St., Walpole; MacFarlane Energy, 95 Bridge St., Dedham; or The Home for Little Wanderers, 271 Huntington Ave., Boston.
