1. Friends of the Library annual plant and bake sale

The Friends of the Norton Public Library are holding their annual plant and baked goods sale 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. There will be many spring plants such as tulips, daffodils, violets, daisies and hydrangeas for sale. The proceeds from this sale will be used to support the many programs the friends support at the library.

2. Norton Playroom

All caregivers with infants and toddlers are welcome to stop by Trinitarian Congregational Church at 11 a.m. for this drop-in playgroup. Cost is $1 per child covers a snack and craft, with open play and a storytime.

3. Hop into Spring Tasting

Spring is in the air and The Reserve Bin is getting ready for Easter by having a tasting of the great wines of the season. You must be 21 or older for this free event, which takes place 5 to 8 p.m. at The Reserve Bin, 373 Central St., Foxborough. Also, take 10 percent off any tasted wines. 4. Request a Quote

The Better Business Bureau has a Request a Quote program that is a complimentary service connecting consumers with accredited businesses to provide a higher level of consumer confidence. This program permits consumers to request a quote, proposal, or information from a company that meets and is committed to the BBB’s standards.

Begin the process by clicking on the Request a Quote button on the BBB homepage and follow these few quick and easy steps!

  • Specify the type of business you need and in which zip code the work will be completed.

  • After you input this information, you’ll see a list of businesses appear. Not familiar with one? Click on their name and you will be redirected to their Business Review in a new window.

  • Once you find a business (or two, or three) that you would like to send your request to, click on the box next to their name – a copy of your request will be sent to each business you select.

  • When you’re ready, hit “Click Here to Contact Selected Businesses” and your quote will be sent to your BBB for review and then forwarded on to your selected businesses.
