1. Elisabeth Amen Nursery School open house
The Elisabeth Amen Nursery School will host four open house opportunities for parents seeking to enroll children for the 2013/14 school year. Come visit the nursery school on Tuesday, Jan. 15 or Wednesday, Jan. 16 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. or 1:15 to 2:15 p.m. at 20 E. Main St., Norton.  An overview of the preschool program and enrollment materials will be provided. 2. Employment Support Group of Norton meeting
The Employment Support Group of Norton will meet 7:30 a.m. at Trinitarian Congregational Church. This group is for people seeking employment. Help is provided with resume design, networking skills, interviewing skills and mentor support. The group meets on the first and third Tuesday of each month from 7:30 to 9 a.m. in the church parlor. 3. Cancer Support Group meeting
Sturdy Memorial Hospital will hold a Cancer Support Group meeting 7 to 8:30 p.m. in conference rooms A, B and C. The group is free and open to the public. For more information, call the Oncology Department at 508-236-7010.

4. Run for Research Boston Marathon looking for team members
The American Liver Foundation still has spots available on their 2013 Run for Research Boston Marathon team. This year will mark the 25th year participating as a charity partner of the Boston Marathon. The Run for Research Team is dedicated to raising funds and awareness for the American Liver Foundation.
